Superior Sealing PerformanceKING SEAL High Pressure-15 gaskets are designed for high-pressure sealing in critical industrial applications, ensuring leak-proof connections even under extreme conditions. The laminated graphite core combined with metallic reinforcement delivers outstanding integrity and resilience, making them suitable for oil, gas, steam, chemical, and water mediums.
Robust Construction and Safety ComplianceEngineered with advanced graphite and metal construction, these gaskets provide resistance to blow-out, creep, and fire. KING SEAL gaskets meet international safety standards, including ASME, DIN, and IS, giving assurance of reliability and durability in any industrial sealing environment.
FAQ's of KING SEAL High Pressure-15:
Q: How does the KING SEAL High Pressure-15 gasket achieve blow-out and fire safety?
A: The gasket's laminated graphite construction with metal insert delivers enhanced blow-out resistance, preventing catastrophic seal failures. Its high-temperature tolerance up to 550C (for graphite) and compliance with industrial safety standards ensure effective fire safety and operational reliability.
Q: What industries and media are suitable for using the High Pressure-15 gasket?
A: It is engineered for use in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, steam, pipeline, and heat exchanger sectors. The gasket performs reliably with oil, gas, steam, chemicals, and water, catering to diverse industrial requirements.
Q: When should I choose a smooth or serrated surface finish for this gasket?
A: A smooth surface is generally recommended for applications requiring a softer seal and minimal surface damage, while serrated finishes provide enhanced grip and sealing under fluctuating pressure conditions. Selection depends on system requirements and operating environments.
Q: Where can KING SEAL High Pressure-15 gaskets be installed?
A: These gaskets are suitable for installation in standard and custom flanges and sealing points found in industrial pipelines, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels, particularly where high pressure and temperature are present.
Q: What is the process for ordering custom sizes or material options?
A: Customers can specify required dimensions and select preferred inner and outer ring materials, such as stainless steel or carbon steel. Suppliers and exporters in India accommodate tailored orders to meet specific application needs.
Q: How does the gasket's construction benefit performance under extreme conditions?
A: The combination of laminated graphite with metal reinforcement ensures excellent mechanical strength, creep resistance, and long-term sealing integrity, even at high pressure (up to 250 bar) and temperature extremes (up to 550C).
